If you are receiving legitimate emails in the SPAM folder of your Patriots email account, the following instructions will allow you to "whitelist" the emails that you want to have delivered directly to your inbox.

Step 1

Log in to your Patriots Email.  On the left-hand menu, select the "Junk E-Mail" folder.

Step 2

Select the email that you want to receive, and right-click on the email.  A menu will appear.  Highlight the "Junk E-mail" option, and then select "Add Sender to Safe Senders List".

This will allow all new messages sent from this sender (email address) to go directly to your inbox.
